For coating pros

Verified floor coating leads. $100 each. Your territory only.

Homeowners find us through organic coating marketing and education, learn what actually lasts on a slab, then ask for a quote. We verify the person, the phone, and the property before the lead ever leaves our system, then hand it to the crew that covers that address. You pay only for delivered leads.

Lead types and coating marketing covered

Homeowners find us while searching for real answers about garage floors, patios, driveways, and commercial slabs. We educate first, then capture the request. You get a pay per lead flow of verified floor coating leads matched to the systems you actually install.

How it works

A homeowner in your market asks for a coating quote after reading our material and pricing guides.

Minutes after verification, the lead alert hits your phone with the details you need to price the slab.
  1. 1

    Pick your territory

Tell us the ZIP codes, counties, or drive-time radius your crews actually service, plus the work you want: residential garages, pool decks, or commercial slabs.

  2. 2

    We verify every request

Each homeowner request runs the full identity, skiptrace, ownership, and phone check before it is priced or released.

  3. 3

    Leads hit your phone

Delivered by text and email within minutes of verification, with the property details your estimator needs to quote it.

  4. 4

    You pay per lead

$100 per delivered lead, billed on the card on file. Cap your daily volume, pause any week, cancel whenever.

Lead quality

Five checks before a lead is worth $100

Most lead sellers hand you a web form submission and call it a lead. A form is not a lead. A homeowner who owns the slab, answers the phone, and lives inside your service area is a lead.

  • 01

    Identity and contact match

The submitted name, phone, and address are matched against multiple consumer data sources. Mismatched or synthetic records drop out before anything else runs.

  • 02

    Multitiered skiptracing

When a record is thin, it moves through a second and third data tier to recover the current phone and confirm the person still lives at the property. One source is never the final word.

  • 03

    Homeownership confirmation

Property and deed records confirm the person requesting the quote can actually authorize work on the slab. Renters and lookie-loos never reach your phone.

  • 04

    Live phone verification

Numbers are checked for line type, carrier status, and reachability. Disconnected lines, spam traps, and mistyped digits get pulled out of the file.

  • 05

    Service area routing

The property address is geocoded against your coverage map. Only projects sitting inside the territory you selected get delivered to you.

What lands in your inbox

Enough detail to price the job before you drive to it, and enough context to open the call with something better than "you filled out a form."

  • Homeowner name and verified mobile number
  • Property address with confirmed ownership
  • Project type: garage, patio, driveway, pool deck, or commercial slab
  • Approximate square footage and current slab condition
  • Timeline and stated budget comfort
  • The pages they read before requesting a quote

Straight pricing

$100per verified lead

  • No monthly subscription and no onboarding fee
  • No auction, no surge pricing, no pay-to-outrank
  • Volume caps you control by day or by week
  • Credit back on disconnected numbers, renters, and out-of-area addresses inside 72 hours
  • Territory limits so the same homeowner is not sold to the whole city

One coated two-car garage typically runs several thousand dollars installed. Our floor coating cost calculator shows the national ranges homeowners see before they ever request a quote, so they arrive with realistic expectations.

Who this works for

A good fit

  • Crews running one-day polyaspartic or hybrid systems
  • Installers who call new leads within the hour, not the next morning
  • Companies with capacity to add jobs this month
  • Contractors who grind and prep properly and can defend their price

Not a fit

  • Anyone rolling big-box kits over an unprepped slab
  • Sales teams that let leads sit for days
  • Companies looking for the cheapest possible lead instead of a closeable one
  • Crews outside the markets they want leads in

Homeowners arrive after reading our guides on epoxy versus polyaspartic, garage floor coating cost per square foot, and why cheap epoxy fails. They already know why prep matters, which shortens your sales call considerably.

Contractor questions

How much does a floor coating lead cost?
Every lead is a flat $100. No monthly platform fee, no setup fee, no long-term contract, and no bidding war that quietly raises your price when another contractor wants the same ZIP code.
How many contractors get the same lead?
We cap distribution inside a service area so you are not calling a homeowner who already fielded five pitches. Territory availability is limited by design, and once a market fills we hold new applicants on a waitlist.
What counts as a verified lead?
A real person, a working phone number that answered or passed carrier verification, a property record that ties them to the address, and a project inside the service area you selected. If a lead misses one of those, it never reaches you.
Can I choose my own service area?
Yes. You define coverage by ZIP code, county, or drive-time radius. Leads route on the property address, not the area code on the phone, so a homeowner with an out-of-state cell number still lands with the right crew.
What happens if a lead is bad?
Submit a return within 72 hours with the reason. Disconnected numbers, renters, wrong address, duplicate submissions, and out-of-area projects are credited back. We would rather replace a lead than argue about one.
How fast do leads arrive after I sign up?
Volume depends on the market and season. Most territories start delivering within a few days of onboarding, and you set a daily or weekly cap so your schedule never gets buried.

Territories fill by market

You claim the ZIP codes, counties, or drive-time radius your trucks already cover. Once a service area reaches capacity, new applicants go on a waitlist until a slot opens.
